Air-cooled C&I BESS Energy Storage Cabinet | AZE
Manufacturing an air-cooled Commercial and Industrial (C&I) Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) cabinet involves a combination of engineering, design, and assembly processes.
The 150 kWh battery consists of 30 modules of 5kWh lithium iron phosphate battery, or it can be designed to consist of 15 modules of 10kWh, depending on whether you have requirements for the battery voltage, charging and discharging current. The battery cabinet is made of hard metal. Inside, there is a choice between air-cooling and water-cooling.
Battery management systems and energy relationship systems are well adapted to various chargers, PV inverters, PCS and other devices. It manages and coordinates the connection of the battery to other devices, the operation of the device, shutting it down and turning it on. Simple operation & flexible capacity extension upon requirements.
MEGATRON 50kW to 150kW systems can be paired with 50kW to 100kW's of PV. Each BESS has either 50kW or 100kW solar inverter integrated into the containerized system. A solar combiner box is designed in to bring all the PV strings together at the correct DC voltage window.
