Without grid connected, it will be the micro-grid or off-grid sytsem with existing or new isolation transformer. The 30kW PCS could work with single/split phases system. The external single phase trasnformer is used to get 480Vac to split phase 240Vac. The power of PCS will derate to 17.5KW for split-phase.
